All dimensions given are the external dimensions of the door masonry frame. The size of the fireplace opening must be min 5 mm larger than the outer dimensions of the masonry frame. The hatch lives due to thermal expansion movements. Fire wool or ceramic fiber must be installed between the masonry and the masonry frame.
