Narvi Sauna Lab is our new platform where Narvi’s deep sauna expertise meets the
curiosity of sauna enthusiasts around the world. Think of it as a growing knowledge hub,
and hopefully one day a sauna database bringing together practical advice, technical
know-how, inspiration, and real-life sauna experiences.
At our factory, we have built a workshop-style Sauna Lab where we can test, learn, create,
and share. We will start by producing practical videos covering topics that may seem
obvious to us Finns, but are often among the most frequently asked questions elsewhere
in the world. The fact that our “How to Replace Sauna Stones” video remains one of our
most visited pages year after year tells us that there is a real need for clear, practical
information.
But Sauna Lab is about much more than instructional videos. It is also where we share t
latest sauna trends, product developments and innovations shaping the future of sauna.
Whether it’s a new technology, an industry development, a customer project, or a simple
sauna life hack, our goal is always the same: to make your sauna experience better.
Sauna Lab will also serve as the home of Narvi’s knowledge library. Here you will find

As we have started building this platform, we have already realized how many details there
